Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM within Nairobi CBD. Additional charges apply.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address within 1 hour of order placement. After that, contact customer service immediately.
What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
Our delivery team will attempt delivery 3 times. After that, you can pick up from our nearest store or reschedule delivery.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we deliver on Saturdays. Sunday deliveries are available in Nairobi with prior arrangement.
